George R.R. Martin, penulis Game of Thrones, bilang:

Type Architect suka bikin blueprint buat semua hal, dengan tatanan dan aturan yang jelas. Dalam menulis, dia udah punya hierarki folder, kategori, indexing, dsb. Sangat organized.
Kekurangannya tipe ini adalah sistemnya kaku. karena sistemnya udah di-plan dari awal, susah buat bikin structural change. bakal perlu effort signifikan.
juga ketika ada hal bener2 baru yang gk pas ditaruh dimana2, ada tendensi buat dipaksain masuk ke dlm sistem yg udah ada
Kelebihannya style ini cocok buat ngerjain project yang structured dan udah jelas kaedahnya. e.g. administrasi, pembukuan keuangan.

Type Gardener punya gambaran besar soal topik apa yang dia tertarik. tapi dia kasih banyak ruang buat eksplorasi dan nyambung2in banyak ide. Jadi idenya terus tumbuh.
G.R.R. Martin ada di tipe ini.

kebetulan aku kerja di industri tech dimana creative problem-solving approach itu diapresiasi. Tech people terus2an brainstorm buat bikin perubahan.
Punya garden buat memetik dan menumbuhkan insight jadi useful banget.

ini Tipe yang paling umum. Biasanya ini bawaan dari habit sebagai siswa sekolah. Mereka ngumpulin any kind of notes yang dirasa berguna
Kebutuhannya short-term dengan specific use-case: buat nulis tugas essai, ujian, atau school project. Jadi mereka prefer Apps yang straightforward, kaya Apple Notes atau Google Keep.
Karena catetannya praktis, catetan belajar mungkin kecampur juga sama catetan belanja, diary, to-do list, dll.
Tapi ini ga jadi masalah karena bs pake fitur2 modern di note app: Search, Sort, Tag
Ini Minimum Viable Solution. kalau kamu masih bingung kebutuhanmu gimana, All-in-One aja. bikin habit nulis nurutku udah 80% menuju sukses, soalnya mayoritas org bahkan gak nulis sama sekali
